Unfortunately, Confluence Homepages do not have these byline items by default. This is a technical limitation we cannot change on our side, and Atlassian is monitoring it under CONFCLOUD-81889 (please feel free to vote on that ticket).
As a workaround, we can suggest accessing this configuration by heading to the pages’ settings → apps → Assign Content Category. This shortcut will restore some of the expected familiarity at the cost of a couple of clicks.
