Platform Infrastructure (Atlassian Forge)
Navitabs Cloud is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. To allow the app modules to load correctly, you must whitelist the following Atlassian domain:
*.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net
This must be whitelisted as a wildcard. Specific subdomains are randomized per installation and cannot be listed individually.
Verification
You can verify the connection by running this command from an affected workstation:
nslookup random-test.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net
To whitelist all Elevatic URLs:
If your company's security policy allows it, you can whitelist all our infrastructure URLs by adding the following wildcard:
