The Include from GitHub to Confluence macros are included in page content and will be preserved during a Cloud-to-Cloud (C2C) migration in Confluence Cloud.
However, there are a few important considerations to ensure macros render correctly after migration.
Migration Steps

Install the app on the destination Confluence Cloud site

Configure the GitHub integrations for the app under Confluence administration > Apps > Include from GitHub to Confluence as needed.

Run the C2C Migration

Macros will render correctly once the app is installed and configured on the target site

No GitHub integration configuration data is migrated. To ensure the macros function correctly, configure the app as indicated under Migration Steps as needed on the destination site.
