The app does not send your content to Elevatic or third parties. All communication happens in your browser over an SSL-encrypted connection, and no access tokens or content are stored on Communardo servers. Settings you enter in the app are stored only in your Atlassian host system.
For billing and licensing, a limited set of personal data is processed: License ID, contact name and email, location, hosting type, license size, and maintenance period. For a support case, you may be asked to provide log files, a Confluence support zip, your SharePoint URL or tenant ID, or other case-specific information.
