If your subscription lapses, the SharePoint Connector macros in Confluence and the Confluence Page web parts in SharePoint stay on your pages, but they show an error message instead of the content. You also stop receiving app updates while the subscription is inactive.
Renew your subscription through the Atlassian Marketplace to restore access. Once the subscription is active again, the embedded content is visible without any further changes to your pages.
