The Viewtracker Agent supports nine skills. This page explains what prompts trigger each skill, which options you can set, and which columns the agent returns.

Three of these reports name individual users: Content viewers, content contributors, and users who did not read content. Their availability depends on the Viewtracker data privacy setting. In extended privacy mode, they are not available. In hide viewers mode, only members of the permitted user group can use them.
Top performing content
A ranked list of the most viewed content in one or more spaces. Use it to see what your readers actually open, to pick candidates for a content review, or to report engagement to stakeholders.

With a comparison, each metric gets an additional column showing the percentage increase or decrease against the comparison period. The agent can provide the comparison using absolute numbers instead of percentages.
If no space belongs to the owner you named, it asks for a different owner or for specific spaces.
Content performance
A performance snapshot for one page, blog post, or attachment. Use it when you want views, edits, and engagement for a specific piece of content without opening its Content Report.

If the agent cannot identify content by title, it asks for the content ID or link.
Content lifecycle status
A list of content filtered by its Confluence content status and by user activity. Use it to find pages nobody opens, content that is still marked as a draft, or candidates for archiving.
Because this report has many parameters, the agent asks for the missing ones in a fixed order: Space, content status, date range, activity filter.

Only native Confluence content statuses are supported. Statuses added by third-party apps are not available. If the space uses no content statuses, the agent offers to continue without a status filter.
In extended privacy mode and in hide viewers mode for users outside the permitted group, the Last viewer column is hidden. Content owner and last editor stay visible.
Space performance
Aggregated metrics for one or more spaces. Use it for a high-level view of how active a space is, to compare spaces or to track a space over time.

If you name more than 5 spaces, the agent tells you about the limit. If you can access only some of the spaces you named, it asks whether to continue with those.
Content viewers
The users who opened a specific page, blog post, or attachment. Use it to check who has read a policy or an announcement, or which team members opened a project update.

Content comparison
A side-by-side comparison of two or more pages or blog posts. Compare them over the same period, or over the same number of days after each one was published, which is the fair way to judge content that went live at different times.

Choose either a fixed date range or the number of days after publication, and either named content or a label. The agent cannot combine either pair. A comparison needs at least two items. If your label matches one item or none, the agent asks you to apply the label to every item you want to compare.
Users who did not read content
The members of a user group who did not open a space or a specific piece of content. Use it to check mandatory reading, to follow up on an announcement, or to track who still has training material outstanding.

The report lists the user name, linked to the user profile, sorted by user name in ascending order. This sorting cannot be changed.
Filters apply only when the scope is a space. If the agent cannot identify the space from a title, it asks for the space key.

Not a report. Send a question, an improvement suggestion, or a request for a new skill straight from the chat. The agent creates a request in the Elevatic support helpdesk, so you do not need to open the support portal yourself.
Example prompt: "I would like a report that lists content without an owner".
