Cannot move child elements using drag and drop

Problem

I want to move existing child elements below a new parent element. I am unable to use drag-and-drop to move them.

Solution

1. Create a new parent element (or use an existing one)

2. Under this parent element, create a placeholder element (e.g., folder) as a new child element

3. Drag and drop everything you need

4. Delete placeholder element
