Problem
When the administration is edited, some elements are displayed with the title "No Permission" on a Server or "Inaccessible item" on a Cloud instance with SubSpace Navigation for Confluence.
Solution
The "No Permission" message may appear for one of two reasons:
-
Content was added by another administrator that you are not allowed to see
-
The content is no longer available
-
fixed More than 25 unique spaces are configured in the navigation at the same time. This is a bug that is being tracked. It only applies to Confluence Cloud.
If there are other colleagues with administrator permissions in your instance (space administration is sufficient), we recommend checking whether they have been editing the navigation recently and what kinds of content they have added.
