No, the static IP option is only available for Bitbucket Data Center.
Our app runs on AWS infrastructure, where outbound IP addresses are dynamic and may change over time. Because of this, a fixed IP cannot be guaranteed for Bitbucket Cloud connections.
If your setup requires IP allowlisting, you can refer to the official AWS IP ranges (which are extensive and regularly updated): https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/userguide/aws-ip-ranges.html . Outbound traffic from our app will originate from the eu-west-1 region.
