Meridian People & Skills Hub is currently invite only. We are opening it to a small group of customers first through our Early Access Program (EAP), so we can work closely with each team. You can install the app, but it stays inactive until we enable it for your site.
Before your site is enabled

The app reads no Jira or Confluence content and collects nothing.

The app's admin page shows how to apply instead of the configuration.

Users see a notice that the app is not available on this site yet, in the hub and in the Get expert advice panel. The Skills Navigator agent gives the same answer.
How to apply

In Jira, go to Settings, then Apps, and open People & Skills Hub.

Click Apply for the Early Access Program and fill in the short form. It asks for your Cloud ID and base URL, which the admin page shows with a copy button.

We review your application within 5 working days.

We enable the app for your site and let you know by email.
Once your site is enabled, the admin page shows the configuration. Continue with Choose a profile population mode.
Program terms

The EAP runs until the end of January 2027.

The app is free of charge during the EAP.

We ask for 3 calls during the EAP and a review.
