This behavior is expected if you no longer have a valid license.
As an administrator, you can check for a valid license either by navigating to the Configuration of the User Profiles for Jira (Microsoft Attributes Sync) app (see steps here ) or by going to "Connected Apps" in your site's administration.
If you are a user and don’t have access to the app's license status, please ask your administrator to check it first.
If your license is valid, you are sure the value shouldn’t be the one displayed, and it's been more than 24 hours without a change in the value, please contact us by raising a support request.
