🤔 Problem
The "Organization Chart" macro of the User Profiles for Confluence app is not rendering completely. It shows the message "Organization chart is being calculated".
🌱 Solution

Go to > Confluence Administration > "Scheduled Jobs". Manually run the "Org Chart Cache Updater" job. (See also our documentation on Organization Charts.)

Reload the Confluence page with the organization chart
If that doesn’t resolve the behavior, restart the system (-> re-initialization)
