🤔 Problem
Some users are experiencing an issue where their profile pictures are not updated, even after initiating a full manual synchronization via User Profile Configuration > Advanced Options > Start Synchronization.
While the profile pictures are correctly displayed for some users, others do not reflect the updates.
🧐 Cause (Why Are There Differences Among Users?)
This issue appears to affect only certain users, primarily those who are unlicensed. Due to technical limitations set by Confluence, our app can synchronize profile pictures solely for licensed Confluence users.

Ensure that the affected users are properly licensed in your Confluence instance.
